We were treated like outcasts as the only white people in the establishment. All staff were very rude. When checked in the lady at front desk started laughing when I gave her my license. My wife had trouble getting her luggage in the doors and there was staff watching but they wouldn’t even help. No eye contact, no hellos, thank you, nothing during stay. On top of that, we woke up in the middle of the night with the room 78 degrees. AC stopped working. Notified the desk and they couldn’t care less. No water pressure in the shower either. Was one of my worst stays ever. Management would not respond, no offers of compensation or even an apology given. Stay away from this place. Go actually read other reviews online. You will see people complain about the rudeness and borderline racism.

Everything is excellent. Bed is comfortable always. Clean always. The casino restaurant has change food to buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is not good anymore. Menu was better. Customer service at hotel women have attitude if you mess with them with attitude. Lady’s call security I needed a handicap room traveling with 95 elderly. I book with hotel.com casino never see the booking for handicap room. The people at the hotel that check you in will say “ u did not request it’s not seen on hotel.com. Lately I do not know who to blame hotel.com try reach out to them to get any help. try to tell casino hotel I did mark handicap room more you complain hotel check in just gets attitude. Once you show them attitude. They say “ I’m calling security “ gets frustrating Hope hotel.com put in Bold print on reservation need handicap on website so hotel were reservation is do not get attitude. Ute mountain just says sorry you did not book handicap we can help you. Go through home.com it’s 3 party

The hotel is clean, decorated beautifully and comfortable. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The outside is clean, nearby parking and quiet. The restaurant has delicious food. It is a wonderful place to stay.
