Contacting the hotel is like trying to get a deaf person to answer the phone!! I called 7 times to speak to the hotel front desk and they kept transferring me there but no one would answer, and I waited the full rings until THEIR phone line hung up. Then when I finally did get to speak to someone, they were absolutely confused on what I was asking which was extremely simple. Whenever I got to the hotel, the front desk was on break and didn’t come back for 20ish minutes 🙄, and it was verging 10pm and I was exhausted. They only had 2 pillows per bed and no extra available although most hotels have 3/4 per queen. I’m 42 and staying in hotels can be cumbersome. Typically I bring my own but I forgot them. After 1 night in the room I had to go buy my own or risk never sleeping. The Res is a DRY RESERVATION (NO ALCOHOL). I found that slightly annoying because I wanted to play in the casino a bit and I drink definitely would have helped me not feel the utter loss of my money. Darn slot machines. They have tables but apparently they aren’t very popular. I would have been much happier playing poker. There’s no free breakfast, probably because they want you to eat at the restaurant but it’s VERY expensive. Check out was easy but overall I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Restaurant wait staff wasn't very attentive. My wife had to ask two different people for coffee refill. With obtaining two rooms would have like to have them nextdoor. Rather than down the hall. Also hot tub was great but no one followed the rules.

Dont trust them - confirmation # means nothing
Booked the room, received an email confirmation, then drove 18 miles out of the way to get there, unload my luggage, get to the front desk just to be told that they overbooked the hotel by some smartmouth kid at the front desk. Manager came to discuss, but, he was worthless. Don't trust these people and think your hotel confirmation is valid and a guarantee. Never, ever, ever again.
