The first room we were given had a broken bathroom fan and smelled awful. I asked for another room, and while the fan there was working, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Very disappointing experience.

I like this place. It’s really nice always clean and the guy who works at the front desk has become a friend. I’ve stayed here many times really nice people. I always feel safe here.

Staff was super nice. Quietest motel I've ever stayed in! But....property looked nothing like the pictures, very rundown and extremely outdated. Everything was sticky and smelled musty. Even the ice machine had old funk splattered all over it. AC was good in the room, but the hallway (mile long) was blistering hot even thru the night. Thankfully it was quiet and still, because there was a 2 inch gap under the door to the hall. Mattress was awful with springs bulging out. Will never stay here again. Too bad for the nice people that work there.

The bed was comfortable. It shared the parking lot with a great Chinese restaurant. My two complaints are that we never could get cold water in the sink and the bathroom door stuck. We loved the location. We could walk to the Farmers Market and other places in the downtown area.

It was affordable and convenient. The bath tub needs updating and the fan in the WC did not work. Bed was good and comfortable, but the fee for our dog was excessive @ $50 a night when they had hardwood floors and no carpets.

A place to stay for the night

It's a Rodeway Inn. Classic older roadside motel. AC worked well though a bit noisy fan. Generally was quite at night. Curtains blocked sun in the morning. Bath and shower were fine.

The faucet in the bathroom was so loose that it just spun around without changing the water temperature. All but 2 of the outlets were so loose that we couldn't plug anything in - the plugs just fell out of them and on to the floor. Pretty sure that is not up to code. And with so many devices needing to charge, this was unacceptable. We had stayed at the Super 8 next door a few times before and it wasn't this bad. And it cost 1/3rd the room price. Ugh. The bathtub had hair in it (upon arrival) and the shower tiles looked a little mold stained just due to age. I was really expecting more for the price, as I booked it based on hotel.com ratings. We ended up checking out the next day, canceling our 5 day stay, and moved to a different hotel in the area for the remainder of our trip.
