Heater didn't work. Had to bug the front desk to reset the relay as long as the room above me didnt have their heater on or else I'd freeze Housekeepers left old food right outside my room instead of throwing it away. There was only one bathroom trash can. So the living area was left dirty. The ice machine didnt work so I had room temperature drinks. Mattress was somewhat comfortable. Tv worked if you were able to figure it out. It certainly wasnt simple to use. I used to love this place. Unfortunate.

The room is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. there wasnt a hair dryer or any small bottles of shmpoo, but I wasn't upset over that, just surprised The lady who checked me in was quite pleasant. I can hear some road noise from the freeway, but it's not bad, and the parking lot is well lit. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Overall a decent, pet friendly, within budget stay. Room was clean enoigh aside from some stains low on the walls. Linne s were clean and bed/pillows comfortable. Temperature regilation of the room was impossible to get right- no heat at all was too cold for Dcemener, heat on low turned into an oven within an hour. Check in was smooth and front desk staff was curteous. Room was safe for a well traveled cat.
