The room was not made up either of the two evenings that we returned to the room. The pillow smelled so bad that bought Fabrize to tolerate the odor. There was black mold on the tub. The weeds and grass needed to be mowed. Hotels.com should not represent them.

Late evening, I’d forgot soap. The front desk girl did not hesitate, to bring me some. No “come to me,” she came and brought it. That was a first. Bed very comfy. Good shower she answered all my questions, over the phone.

The entrance to the property was not clearly described on the website nor were there any signs indicating you have to enter from the back. Only one staff member I encountered was kind. The other two were standoffish. The general cleanliness was poor. The room was not secured at arrival and wasn't cleaned well. The website said daily cleaning and that did not happen, not even a towel exchange.

The first room had mold on the wall. The second room was infested with ants. They advertise a pool but it looked like it hadn’t been taken care of in years. The carpets turned our socks black. Both rooms smelled like mold. There was no cleaning services all weekend due to lack of staff. Just terrible!!!

The property is in very poor condition. Siding is falling off, the outdoor areas are not maintained, grass not cut, beer cans, soda cans/bottles litter the grounds. In room curtains are torn and VERY old. The carpet is filthy. On the flip side, the bed and bedding was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the a/c was good. Expedia needs to rethink promoting this property.
