Costa Careyes Vacation Packages

This place was amazing and so relaxing! Such a cute and cozy hotel that felt more like a home away from home! The staff was beyond amazing,so welcoming and attentive! I’ve been going to PV for year and I’m so happy to have found this place because we will definitely be back!

We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. The attention to detail and accommodation is superb. The price is well worth what you get here. The only learning curve here is learning how to get to certain amenities, like the gym and pool took different elevators. Other than that everything was smooth, we appreciated the housekeepers as well, they are thorough and thoughtful when cleaning the room. A stand out for me was Martha, she knows hospitality and made sure we were taken care of when we had our pool days. If you are like me and need your coffee daily, I like that they provide nespresso pods but the coffee bar on site is amazing, they make a great latte! Would recommend to all my family and friends, and will come back and only stay here.

Bell Hotel is absolutely beautiful, old charm and Spanish style is timeless, feels like you have your own villa. I plan to stay here again

Upon arrival the 2 staff members never greeted us or introduced themselves. They did not let is know about the schedule power outage the next day that was scheduled from 7am-3pm. We were told that we had a kitchenette but it actually was only a small fridge. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was very cloudy water full of leaves. The tiles around the edge were falling off. There was no ladder to get in and out of pool. The service at the pool was horrible as clearly we were interrupting a show on there phone. They never asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. They did eventually give us our complimentary drink. After we showered we sat down to order food they were not prepared to serve food. We then noticed cockroaches in the bathroom that were coming up from the sink. We notified them and they sprayed raid and left us in the same room with the raid. The curtains around the bed were moldy and the floor was rotting in spots. The maintenance was extremely lacking. The design and concept is there for a very cozy romantic getaway. It is definitely a extremely steep climb up to the bungalows. Also another steep climb to pool area. The ocean view was extremely limited even though we booked ocean view. Queen size bed is a double bed with a very large bite mark in sheet into mattress. Pictures on the internet are definitely not what it is.

The property is new and upscale. The resort is small and the perfect setting for a person or couples that desire a tranquil experience. The restaurants were never crowded and the food is good. The pool staff was amazing! The rooms have an amazing view of the ocean. The lounge area only accomodates a small amount of guest and the night time events are non-existent, however, the amenities and convenience of the property make this easy to overlook. I'd stay again for a relaxing time in PV. We werent able to enter the ocean because of the weather but there were beach chairs set up and staff was attentive with beverage and food service.
