We left our LA home due to the wildfire, stayed here for a couple nights. Definitely not a 4 star hotel level. Poor customer service at the front desk, we also found ants in the hotel bed. ( The only thing that is positive about this stay is the little coffee shop next door which is not belong to the hotel.

Very Good Hotel for the Price

The hotel was very good for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's in the flight path for the Orange County airport, so it might be a concern if you plan to sleep late. It included a free airport shuttle, but no free breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay during stressful evacuation from LA. Boutique hotel with a lot of charm. My friends joined me (when they evacuated) and we made the best of a bad situation. Thankful to the staff for making us feel comfortable.

Nice hotel ASK IF CONSTRUCTION IS HAPPENING PRIOR

There was construction happening in my building, which greater impacted the comfort level. Loud, stressful, started early. No heads-up upon check-in. Parking is extra ($25) so factor that into your plans. Staff was EXCELLENT and friendly (except they didn't warn me I'd be woken up at 8 AM by a jackhammer being used on the wall outside my bedroom haha)

I’ve never written a review on Orbitz, but couldn’t reccomend Ayres enough. The common spaces are grand, wood burning fire places, complimentary cookies, beautiful gym and outdoor pool. The rooms were very well priced for what you get. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. We had a suite with a ground floor balcony with a table and chairs, large soaking tub, and desk for less than the price of most other single rooms in the area. They waved the pet fees due to the LA fires. Highly reccomend.

We enjoyed Ayres hotel (Costa Mesa)

Great hotel, price is very reasonable (which is rare today given the inflation that we have to deal with every day) Breakfast is fabulous (omelette + fruits + coffee). Every time we go to pick up or drop off our son (UCI), we book this hotel. Love it
