Busy front desk confusing to get to room, not the easiest layout. TV didn’t work and the service men are very busy so it will take a while, walls are thin so you hear others conversation and every door that closes. Property seems to try to be nice but it has lots of room for improvement also parking is not free and didn’t notice that when choosing it. Only feather pillows and beds are definitely in need of replacing.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. The only reason we always come back because the front desk staffs were always nice and friendly. However, not this time. The lady that checked us in was very rude. Also they now charge for parking. $24.50 a day. I wish they have stated in their website like how they do with breakfast.

Being charged for parking should not be happening. Especially when it is on a first come basis. If you have to park all the way in the back with luggage there is not a convenient entrance.

I’ve stayed that this locations 2 times before this trip so I knew what to expect however I forgot the main pain it in the neck which is their hallways have carpet and it can also seem like a maze to find your room. Also parking is through a 3rd party company you have to scan a QR code and set up an account to pay your parking.
