Hard beds not good
The beds were so hard I had to go to another hotel because I needed to stay another night for our trip the beds were so hard I had back issues for coupe of days like sleeping on the ground

The only really negative thing I have to say about this property is the food service is atrocious. Staff was wonderful, the space was beautiful and bright and clean, love that everything was so festive for the holiday season. But do not waste your money on their food.

The property is very nice and well kept. However we were disappointed they started charging $24.50 for overnight parking since the last time we stayed here. We could have stayed at other places, just as nice for less. It’s enough for us to rethink staying here in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Only thing that was not ideal was parking, we came in late and there was no spaces available so we were instructed to park in the overflow lot, but we had already paid for overnight, so we wouldn't have had to pay if we knew that lot was available. Other than that, it was nice and we would stay again.

The house phone did not work. The room was very noisy. The property is located near the takeoff area near a major airport. If you like jet airliners taking off with MAX power you will like this hotel.
