Not very clean due to dust, dirty walls/borders, and bedding stains. Noisy due to freeway and thin walls. Didn’t eat breakfast due to roaches in the eating area. Only interacted with staff to check in/out and they seemed nice.

First time staying here , everything was fine except for the phones , i tried calling front desk a few times and kept getting hung up because they couldn’t hear me 🙄 then we forgot our home keys half way driving home so we kept calling and calling and they would t answer , so just check your phone connection

The absolute best Hotel in Orange County by far. I love the breakfast every morning and the jacuzzi and pool. But most of all the owners and staff are hands down the most polite and nicest people in the industry. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Costa Mesa and know Hotel comes even close to OC Hotel.

Breakfast

This place was great and I’ll definitely stay again! The only issue is the breakfast they provide will eventually get someone very ill. They had cream cheese, milk, eggs, meat and a few other items that should ALWAYS be refrigerated or kept cold. Bacteria starts to grow on food after 30/45 min after being placed out. They offer the breakfast for 2 hours from 7am to 9am. I would highly suggest fixing this issue before they get sued.
