Simple yet it has all the amenities we needed for the weekend! They even have a jacuzzi in the back of the hotel! Its clean, the shower water pressure is good too! Only downside is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Overall we would stay here again for convenience near the OC fairgrounds!

I stayed twice now daughter at college nearby best motel/hotel closest to Vanguard. I appreciate renovations and staff has been very friendly. Last stay sheets in 1 bed little stained but I would stay again!

BEWARE - false advertising! NOT a “boutique hotel”. This is a slightly refurbished MOTEL. Did they do a good job making it look good from afar? Yes. But modernized decor does not make up for old, dirty facilities. There was dark hair in both of the beds, and when we asked for new sheets at the front desk, they delivered them in a pile, and didn’t change them for us. There may have just been one woman running the whole property. The new sheets also had hair on them. We will not be back! 😫

Neighbors were very loud was woken up at 2:30 am to a man yelling at the door to “wake the f**k up” where the rooms connect. I was safe but it definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Not the hotels fault but do wish the wall were thicker to help with this.

Unfortunately I am disappointed in my current stay at this hotel ! The staff did not return my refundable deposit. I attempted to call them at least 8 times and they did not pick up the phone to assist! Terrible service and I don’t recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at the OC Hotel. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. I was on the ground floor so you could hear the footsteps from the room above. The parking lot and walkways are well-lit at night. Overall, a nice hotel with convenient access to the freeway, dining, and shops.
