Let me star with saying this place should be close down my son left has AirPod and they kept it I have the location of it i called to ask for them they told me that was my responsibility and hung the phone called again he called me names and hanged the phone again the people who clean the room They are illegal aliens they have no papers they take anything they see not to mention they over charge my Credit card I’m gonna call and report it Mask Business bureau and Expedia, please do something about it this hotel should not be in business

Horrendous. not only was the floor stained with blood and the bathroom falling into disrepair, but they overcharged us and then tried giving us the runaround when I called them to try and rectify the error. thankfully was able to dispute with my credit card company. AVOID like the plague or at least make sure you document everything!

It met our needs. Comfortable bed, shower and small fridge. There were a couple ants on the counter in the bathroom and the shower head was really low. Outdated but we were just there to sleep and the price was good.

Pros: close to the OC Fair and event center. Clean towels, clean beds, hot shower, polite staff. Cons: Very outdated (ancient), roaches, someone’s shoes under the bed, people smoking and chatting outside (there is a pub nearby), noise isolation is very poor for double rooms (with a door from one room to another). Avoid.

The yard was dirty, the stairs and hallway smelled of urine. The facilities in the room were extremely basic. No iron and ironing board. No tissue . An old toilet that didn't flush properly. Can't believe this hotel is still a 3 star. There were ants in the room, don't leave food in the desk .
