Elevators were not working on two days. Had to walk 3 flights to our room. No cleaning of room during our stay of 5 nights. Had to request new towels. Got them but they left the used ones on the floor. Overall very disappointed. Would not stay again.

Nice stay

Nice hotel in a great location near many restaurants and the Anti-Mall. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the busy street out front. Starting at around 6am we could hear Harley Davidsons and loud cars reving their engines, so the windows couldn't block out some of the street noise.

Check in and check out was very quick and easy. My room was available when I got there. It was close to the OC fair which is why I booked nearby. Just a 10 minute drive,food is nearby walkable or short driving distance.
