On hotel website it states PETS STAY FREE OF CHARGE" YET THEY CHARGED OR DEMANDED I PAY $21 PER DAY FOR MY EMOTINAL SUPPIRT CAT WHO I HAVE A LEGIT PAPERWORK FOR. ALSO I DONT UNDERTAND WHY THEY WOULD GET UPSET BECAUSE I MADE A RESERVATION ONLINE AND PAYED LESS FOR 2 DAYS THAN 1 DAY THRU THEM. IM HOLEPESS I CANT AFFORD TO BE OVERCHARGED. WHAT IS SAD IS THAT THE COUPLE WHO RUN THE SUNSET INN WORK WITH NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PUT HOMELESS FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS UP BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GOOD HEART( THEY REALLYDONT) THEY DO IT BECAYSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN OVERCHARGE THEM AND THEY WONT CATCH IT.. THEY ARE SELFISH. AND ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THEYRE OWN CONVENIENCE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. AND THEY TAKE A LOT OF VERBAL ABUSE FROM THEM. SOMEONE SERIOUSLY SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. ITS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. BE ALERT.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! IT WAS HELL!!!
It was the worst stay I have ever had in my life, and I have been renting rooms for over 20years. It was a foul order in my room, and I was unable to breath. I couldn't wait until morning because the heater was broken, and cold air was coming in where the heater wasn't fitting properly inside the wall. I could see outside behind the heating system. I became very sick because of the cold.
