Nice and comfortable
We had an event to go to in Long Beach, and I was more familiar with this area so I booked this Hilton. They have a nice bar, underground parking and room was nice and comfortable. It is close to South Coast Plaza if you want to do some shopping, and there are some great restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

They gave me absolutely different/wrong room which was located in the basement and after I asked them to give me the room I ordered, they charged me more money (without letting me know - I only figured it out when I checked my bank account in several days). The worst travel experience I had - I travel a lot, and I have lived in many hotels all around the world, but this hotel is a joke - with fake smiling personnel - they stole my money only because I dared to demand the room I booked. 0 stars.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part but there were a few issues. 1. The website doesn't state which airport they offer the free shuttles to. I called two days in advance to verify or reserve and they only offer to the local airport. This resulted in me having to book a car. Then to pay the parking fees on top of that because of this. 2. The desk clerk gave me keys to what seemed like the furthest room from the elevators. We get to the room, the keys do not work. After a long day of travel, with children, I was already exhausted. I went to the lobby, got new keys. Walked a mile to the room and STILL couldnt get in the room. I just wanted to leave or g off on staff but I definitely held it together. Third time, staff came along and he still couldnt get in. I swear nobody had experienced this before. We we told to wait and were offered another room on another floor. After all that distress, the free ice was back at the front desk. This experience alone was a lot for us as a family of 5.

Worse hotel ever all around.
Travel allot for business and by far the worse place I have stayed. Parking is terrible. Charge you for parking even if don’t park there. No ice machines on floor have to travel all the way to lobby. Rooms very outdated. Staff unfriendly and non accommodating. Overall would avoid this location at all cost.

It’s an ok place to stay
Hotel staff was ok and room was clean. Entire hotel is very outdated and parking ramp was very dirty. Room didn’t have any view and was just a weird little alcove.
