I will never stay there ever again
It was dirty, disgusting, the bed was dirty. The microwave inside was disgusting. There was burnt popcorn in the night stand drawer. The drawer was dirty. There was no menue card that told you of resturants around you. They had a pool you could not even get to. The pool was not heated. I could not even leave my room because the key cards did not even work. They also did not tell you that the rooms were next to a very busy highway.

This is a DON'T STAY HERE...!
The front desk took a long time to decide where to put me i had booked a king room and was offered two doubles, then finally got a king. I had to work from the room the next morning and in a connecting room they were using a what sounded like a floor sander for many hours. I asked the front desk about it and was told I could leave. The next day I had meetings at lunch time before I left they were using a jack hammer and the noise was insanely loud. I figured it would be done by the time I got back a little after 4pm but no still going on and louder than the TV. Packed up and went to the front desk and was told no refund live with the noise. I drove 6 hours home. I was booked for three nights who runs a hotel like this? I called hotels.com who I booked it with and $40 credit in my account for future bookings..... Not happy with hotel or booking company

The from desk person was rude I have a dog who was nervous for been 6 hours in traffic I need to get the room for him to calm the guy toss my license at me , I took my dog to the car when back and he ask do you have a dog o said yes well o can’t give you the room you dog is too big o said it said up two dogs 75 pounds each how one dog 100 pounds can be in there to end he said control your dog that is the reason i didn’t got the room at 8pm a single woman alone with a dog , o drove from Vegas to spend a beach day now I when back to Vegas cause they took my money

Decent place to stay after a concert.
It was a decent place, but the toilet was old, and we had to fix it each time we flushed. At one point, water started to leak all over the bathroom floor. I would highly recommend updated outdated/improperly working toilet. There was hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Room seemed very beaten up and old, but I slept comfortably despite all that. Easy check in/check out. Friendly front desk staff.

Once we got to the room we started unpacking and getting ready for our family event .. I always spray the beds with Lysol and when I started to unfold the sheets and moved the pillows a bunch of bugs started to move like crazy !! I freaked out and started shaking and proceeded to call front desk , all he told me was “ok let me give you another room “ I was so scared that I packed all my belongings and headed to the office and asked for a refund because I didn’t wanted to stay there !! I didn’t want all my clothes and all my stuff to get contaminated with fleas or who knows what 😭 but I couldn’t get my refund since I had booked thru a third party . I had no other choice but to stay , but we didn’t even sleep the whole night we had a feeling that those mattress were also contaminated and all we wanted is to leave asap . We never heard an apology from the person at the front desk or an explanation. Horrible experience ever !!!!
