We were given a newly renovated room. The sink leaked, the door frame on the room door had a gap, not sufficient lighting, no towel bars in the bathroom and a large burn hole in the duvet cover and the room door had many drill holes where hardware was removed. The flooring was installed incorrectly as it gave when we walked bro the floor. The shower head was right above your head and you had to reach under it to the water valve.

Told me the room i booked was not available upon check-in and gave me a lesser room. After going to the first room and finding bugs, they moved me to another room which matched my original reservation. Property did not feel safe. I was concerned about my vehicle. One of the guests was having a loud heated argument in the area outside my room at 2am. Upon check out there was someone at the front desk, but he walked away and told me to just leave my key on the desk. They later charged me for late check out. I travel to Orange County quite a lot, but will never stay here again.

Property is a decent area-close to 405 freeway and many food options inlcuding shopping centers,etc. However, the property and rooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned and inspected.The room that was assigned to me(236) had signs of mold all over the restroom and the vanity area.When I informed the front lobby receptionist he was nice enough to move me to the room next to it(234).Upon walking into the new room I noticed the restroom had the same issue which clearly it's a sign they have a mold problem.I ended up staying in my original room because they were nice enough to clean my restroom,but that doesn't resolve the problem.. Sheets had holes and were dirty.Towels were dirty and had stains as well..You get what you pay for but I would reconsider staying here again.

A decent basic room with a fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Not much beyond pastries for the breakfast.
