The bathrooms were nice and had been newly remodeled, noticed ants in the shower, the bespread looked old and dingy, **room door did not close flush, not hung properly, and light seeped through the door jam. Room was hot, windows were left open and it took an hour to cool the room down. My husband had to walk over to the ARCO just to get us a cup of coffee in the morning, none offered either in room or lobby, which did not exist.

I like this hotel. It’s affordable, clean and near the beach. The staff is kind and welcoming. I like booking my rooms here but I sometimes am too late.

The room was clean. The Owner definitely needs to purchase new towels. They were worn and stained. It’s obvious they wash them so please know I’m not saying they were dirty but they are worn in areas, stained and very small in size. Time to run them into rags and start fresh. The mattress was horrible. Not comfortable and broke down. For the price i was satisfied and where everything was aged they made up for it by how clean they kept the place. Just need to wipe down the doors and handles otherwise kept very clean.

It was not clean. The walls had dirt and even shoe prints on the bathroom door. The shower curtain was kind of dirty. There were cobwebs behind the door of entry. Overall it was ok. The bedding seemed ok. AC worked. TV worked except the remote would only work if I pressed on the batteries. Good light. Paint was scraped off wall where bedframe moved on it. I didn't hear neighbors in the next rooms and was able to sleep fine. Shower kind of weak water flow but good enough, and hot enough. It is a very affordable stay so if you are wanting the lilocation, then it's ok. If you like niceties, it's not fabulous. Oh there was microwave and refrigerator that worked fine.
