I had a horrific morning because I became very ill and could not cancel this reservation even after buying trip insurance… hotel policy?? I asked to speak to management and was denied. I asked if I could change for a future date . Answer No. I’m surprised because I used to love Westin Hotels. Since its takeover by Marriott it has changed for the worse on management. I could have gone and stayed exposing everyone to my germs and illness. I just don’t have the energy to fight, since I’m so ill, and I think they depend on this. I’m beyond disappointed about their policies. I have gotten antibiotics and medical care but I won’t use them as my first choice ever again.
