The only reason for any minor complaint is that the room was kinda older and had dated doors and a shower that wasn't so great. Butnid still give 4.5 stars

Chill spot for a nights stay, in-n-out is close by and a few grocery options. Is it the nicest place I’ve ever stayed? No.. but it’s chilll for a quick Layover or needed stay. I’d pop in again, room was clean. No complaints.

The staff was nice and the pool was fine. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, ash burns in the toilet seat and on furniture. Office chair in room was flat out missing a wheel. Bed is very hard. Wouldn't recommend

Costa Mesa

I had a decent stay and the location is great. This is a good low budget hotel and has a lot of good things, pool, jacuzzi, and the rooms have mini fridge and microwaves. I had to switch rooms upon my check in because the sink did not drain at all from a clog, the new room was better but it had a toilet that didn't flush very well.

Meh

Expected a cleaner, more up to date and well-maintained location than it was. Instead it was run down, poor condition, a little smelly, bizarre outdated and jury-rigged air conditioning system, beat up fridge, hard to trust bedding. Also, either the neighborhood was off or the clientele was. I seemed like some oddball locals were using the premises for various needs and there were broken down cars in the lot. The fact that in-n-out uses their parking lot as a drive-through spillover area was also not fun.

I’m very disappointed. I stay right there the last six months four times because I was 40 a minute early you wanna charge me $10 early check in he’s not worth it. I’m never go back.
