Old property. Room smelled bad, sheets had holes from cigarettes it looked like, hair on the pillows and sheets. Dirty overall

When i booked the site said breakfas t included, but it did not. The site also said restaurant was on site. There was none. Also i booked this site due to having a pool and hottub. Went to use the hottub, but it was totally cold. The wife complained that the room smelled and that the TV was way to small. Was not happy.

The trip overall was okay but the hotel had roaches it had a shower faucet that just didn’t turn off so in the morning the whole floor was wet. There was people yelling in the rooms, like if they were doing surgery or something in there

The staff was friendly and accomofating. The rooms and property were clean. The ads mention continental breakfast, but they no longer offer it. That's ok. We swithed rooms due to insufficient lighting in the original room. It is an older property and was apparent some things were upgraded, while others were in need. Very quiet during our 3 night stary. Drive in window traffic from In̈ and Out interfers with entering their main driveway, but does not ompede leaving. ARCO gas station convently located next door. We wont hesitate to stay at this location again. Very convenient location.

Need to remodel and work on service

The heater did not work, the ac had no temperature control either on or off. Smelled like mold and the hair dryer did not work. Called for a me hair dryer didn’t come till 30mins before check out.

Bugs found in room

Found a dead cockroach when checking in to the room, I showed the picture to the staff, he offered to change to another room. However, another one was found later on. I ended up went to Target to get a bugs spray can & used it all over the room. Late that night 1 of staff came to check on us after my brother showed him the picture of the 2nd bug. The next morning, another live long creature was found in bathroom 😬😲 . Too bad that both pictures are deleted from my camera. This is the 1st experience to our family in the past 50yrs when we booked hotels while vacationing in US as well as in other countries.
