We have stayed at that hotel the last 4 times, the last time was 09/11/2024. It is super clean and safe. The staff is very respectful, the food is varied. Roger is very friendly, everyone is very kind. The people in charge of maintaining the food at all times are very efficient. Highly recommended. The coffee shop is like Starbucks

It really wasn’t my type of thing, but I enjoyed myself for the most part. I felt the $175 USD massage was not worth the price. I have massages here in Chicago for less and the massage therapists are much better. I should have known that the hotel had a party vibe and the pool areas were very lively and loud. Not really what I was expecting, but that’s on me. All in all, I had a good, restful time.

Almost everything was perfect. Have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Food was delicious, entertainment was great and overall atmosphere was perfect. The one thing I wish was better was the transportation arrangement plan to and from airport.

The property was super clean and modern! The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Dining options were 8/10 compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at but still very good. The breakfast buffet in Don Julio hit the spot everytime!! The double bed room was very spacious. My only complaint was the noise in the afternoon. It sounded like someone was moving furniture or constantly sliding something across the floor during the day. It stopped at night, thank God! Other than that, everything was superb!!! Highly recommend especially since the mall is right across the street!!

Great resort, either new or just renovated. Perfect size resort, not too big and overwhelming. Short or no wait for dinner, no reservations necessary, good food. Buffet had a wonderful selection. Found chairs at the pool easily each day. Staff was phenomenal!! Will stay at a Riu again.
