Check in process is pretty straightforward. They did not ask for incidental deposit. Luggage takes time to deliver into your room. Long walk from the main lobby to the room. Our room was situated towards the end of the building and far from the elevator when I specifically requested a room close to the elevator months before the arrival because we have a handicap, so that sucks. View is The Londoner Hotel, no complains. 3.5/5 stars

The rooms were great, roomy and clean. A few areas a little worn. However, we had a problem with smoking smoke getting into the room late at night. Day time no problem, but late at night somehow it made it into our room and kept me awake.
