Property is new; staff doesn’t even know their own offerings. Breakfast was sub par. There was a sign stating that ppl with allergies should ask questions and they would be happy to help, staff didn’t know what each food had in it. Breakfast was cereal with no non dairy milk options and hot food was 3 different egg dishes; that all had milk. My kids with egg and dairy allergies had no options. Sofa bed has a trundle but staff didn’t know it existed.

Very unique with the fire pit outdoors altho we didn’t get to enjoy. Looked very inviting. We COULD hear the tv from the room next to us, pretty loud but went off at a reasonable hour. We asked for a few extra pillows which were brought up right away. Perfect for us as well as two other couples who enjoyed their stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars Cottonwood is a very unique small town. Enjoyed all

The wine glasses in the room had lipstick stains on them from the prior guests, pretty gross. The breakfast was probably the lowest in terms of quality of all the Marriotts I have ever stayed in. The property was new and nice.
