I love this hotel, it’s been my third stay when I go to Sedona. Staff is friendly, nice bathroom, warm pool mid Oct. I don’t think I have stayed in a hotel where towels smell as clean as here, no smelly pillows or bed covers.

Friendly staff. Clean property and clean rooms. Gym is spacious with a good selection of free weights. Pool is clean with plenty of lounging chairs. Breakfast is a good spread: breakfast sandwiches, quiche or cheese souffle, scrambled eggs, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, lots of toppings. Would stay here again. It will be great to see hotels move towards less waste ie) moving away from plastic cutlery, single use everything for breakfast.

Hotel looked brand new. Nighttime service guest clerk was excellent. The breakfast was really good although we’d like to have had Greek yogurt. All the throwaway utensils and plastic cups for juice should be replaced with washable stuff to reduce garbage. The only real complaint was our room rate included housekeeping but the hotel had a policy of only cleaning rooms every other day. If you pay for something and don’t get it that’s a problem to me. The very professional manager phoned later promising the room would be cleaned the next day. It was not even though we mentioned it to maid on the floor as we left for the day and she confirmed it and said no problem. We were gone between 10am and 4pm so there was plenty of time to clean our room. I mentioned it all to the service desk when we left the hotel. From 6pm until morning there is only one front desk staff on duty which seemed strange to me.
