First, the wall outlet in the room underneath the window didn't work, so therefore the lamp on the table didn't work. The bathroom vanity lightOne of the bulbs didn't work. The shower head set very low, and you literally had to bend down in order to get your hair wet. The beds I thought were very comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The toilet seat was very clean and there was plenty of hot water.

This property has the most beautiful view of the mountains surrounding Cottonwood. The staff are very pleasant. The grounds are very welcoming. I will be certain to stay there again on my travels to Sedona.

A day gate away.
Cozy location up on a hill. Friendly service. Small bathroom.The area where the refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and sink were located was behind a door. Layout was a bit questionable. Decent stay with friendly customer service.

There were some good things but I had a bad experience. The rooms were clean (both of the ones I was in) & the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The area felt safe and you park right in front of your room. What made my stay bad is that the first room I got put in smelled horrible. I thought maybe it was from something they used to clean the room so I opened the windows while I went to the store, it did not help. I asked if they had done renovations & she said yes they redid the tub. Told her the smell was too strong for me to stay in it. She made it seem like there weren't really any other rooms but I told her I wasn't going to stay in it so she put me in another room. Things were good there until I turned on the heater & it automatically smelled like it was going to catch fire, horrible burn smell. I went back to front desk told them about it but didn't ask for another room because of how she made me feel previously. She offered a space heater which I took because I was going to have to leave door & windows open for awhile to clear out the smell, it was November & cold. While I was getting the heater I over hear a walk in not only getting a room, so obviously there were more available, at a price $10 less than I paid through this site & $40 cheaper than they had quoted when I called directly. No breakfast from what I saw in the AM. Free coffee, juice for $2, muffins for $2. Even though I loved the site itself I wouldn't ever stay there again.
