Good nights stay!!

Its not OYO its Garden Inn now check in fast finding room was easy Had problem reading wifi password but no big issue.Good selection of channels...big bathroom.. great nights sleep had a small kitchen with regular size fridge and for the price it can't be beat for Pearsall Tx I would stay their again if I have need to Its not a fancy hotel but it was a good nights stay!!

First, the name of the place is no longer oyo hotel but garden Inn and suites. Second, I had requested a king size bed and was put in a room with two queen beds. Also, one of the pillows was stain with a red mark on it.

New management needs experience

New management so the info on hotels.com is now incorrect -no breakfast, no pets. Room wasn't cleaned, bathroom very dirty, floors filthy, no top sheets, no shower curtain, no tp, toilet was turned off. Management didn't seem to understand or care. We had lower expectations set based on the price but this was worse than we'd expected.

Staff at hotel was rude and the hotel was extremely dirty and unsanitary! The floors were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes and i asked for a king size bedroom and they gave me a 2 queen bed room not what i asked for. Then i asked for a refund and they didnt give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me! Never staying or going near that place again!!

This property is absolutely terrible I pre paid for this establishment and when I went to check in no one was there and I tried to call and no one answered I finally got ahold of a district office and no one would be there for 20 hrs later don’t know how that works when I pre paid so I tried to cancel since I needed a hotel and went down the street and they are refusing to refund be absolutely ridiculous

First off I booked n paid for a king size bed they had 4 rooms left after I got in the room there were 2 beds went to the front desk to let the manager or owner know that room wasn’t the room I paid for she gave me a card for a free night I took a shower and to my surprise no hot water went to the manger again she said oh we’re having water issues got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and what did I see a nasty baby roach and I the roach mother to the floor wasn’t vacuumed hair was in on the bathroom door and floor food was left in refrigerator I wouldn’t even suggest this hotel to a homeless person 👎👎👎👎
