The front desk was amazing n courteous. Beds were comfy and room was clean. We had one major issue with shower....only scalding hot water came out. I tried endlessly to figure out how to get the cold water to work but to no avail. We had been at Kickapoo Casino and arrived around 2am to hotel. By the time Ishowered it was 3am, my family was already asleep when I decided to shower or I would have asked front desk to move us to another room. I did talk to front desk regarding the hot water issue and the Mgr promptly went to address the issue and hoping no one has to go thru that. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Bed was not comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 6 am due to someone’s hot shower. Showers were extremely hot even on the coldest settings. Unable to take a shower. Staff was very nice and apologetic but ended up having to leave early.

I had no problems at all with the room. It was spacious enough and great location to stay for a gambling trip. The only thing I didn't like was the fire alarm went off around 2am which woke me out of my sleep. I was extremely tired to find out if it was a real fire in the building. It went off shortly after coming on and waking us up. But I feel back to sleep with no problems lol.
