We waited an hour when we flew into Eppley. We called the shuttle # and the hotel # probably 20 times and no-one would pick up the phone. Won't be staying there again.

The hotel smelled funny but the room and bed were comfortable. I was unaware the shuttle stopped at midnight so I had to find a way to hotel… only reason I chose this hotel was the shuttle so maybe that little fact should be listed on this website where I booked

My room was dirty. The sink water didn’t drain you had to wait a while until it went down and also no one cleans under the beds. House keeping doesn’t clean right.

Marijuana smell everywhere- staff doesn’t care. Run down building and rooms. No hot water in bathroom sink. No working cable. No room keys- staff had to let me in. Does not represent Country Inn & Suites brand at all.

Overall it was ok
Good location, decent hotel. The beds were horrible. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Everyone woke up with their whole body hurting from it.
