They have been ‘remodeling’ for at least 2 years - progress is super slow. It took us 3 rooms before we had one that was functional. Woman at front desk was very helpful, which we appreciated, but I feel this facility does not live up to the brand standard.

Great place to stay! But very cold pool.

Motel itself was very clean and nice, halls smelled fine and were air conditioned. All 3 of the employees we interacted with were so friendly and helpful!! Best people we have run into at a hotel in a while. Breakfast was typical fare. The brown and serve sausages actually appeared browned and not just microwaved like most hotels I have been. All of this said if you really want to use a pool I would reconsider. Pool was clean and nice but ice cold!!! We could not get in past our waists and even that took time. Our child didn’t go in past a couple of stairs and neither did another family that came down.

Rooms are in very poor condition and the scheduled airport shuttle never showed up, and the group nearly missed our flights! No front desk attendant for an hour in the morning and not one person in the office would answer the door to address the shuttle situation. We ended up having to use Uber, even though they advertise an airport shuttle and took our reservations for the ride at check-in. The worst airport hotel experience ever.

Airport shuttle never showed up For the 4:15am or the 4:45 times and there was no front desk staff available from 3:45am-5:00am but the staff who checked me and gave me my keys was great.

This is the most disgusting property we’ve ever encountered! The entire hotel reeks of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana. When we entered our room we discovered there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Several crawling on the tv stand and cockroaches all over the floor by the jacuzzi tub. This place needs to be condemned!! The employees moved us to a different room with the same exact issues. We decided to leave and get a room at a hotel down the street. The staff show absolutely ZERO concern and didn’t tell us if we’d get a refund or not. If they don’t refund us we’ll be complaining to the BBB.

Perfect for my needs

The entrance of hotel was under construction, but the lovely clerk that checked me in made everything aok. She was so personal and was able to multitask without making u feel put off. Sorry i did not get her name

My first room, the tv would not work at all. They gave me a card key for a second room, but its card reader was dead. Then they gave me yet another key card for a third room, and that v worked but the dead bolt would not. They have done a lot of repairs around the place, but it’s not ready for prime time! Oh, and the second room had a phone but it was not connected to anything! Breakfast today was supposed to be open at 6 am, but the lights weren’t even on let alone any food ready. The place looks good on the outside, but this will be my first and last visit here.
