Reservation showed king room with Jacuzzi. After checking in staff said it is a frequent error due to expedia, though they apologized. It was the only room left and we were unable to stay at home, so we stayed. Room was very dirty. 3 different types of hair in shower. Mystery liquid stains running down wall by bed, and nightstands. Greasy hand marks all over headboard, greasy anatomical print on windows. Dirty linens, with candy, and crumbs on pull out bed. Plastic (from bags) on carpeted floor and debris on bathroom floor. Picture shelf had thick layer of dust. Tried to take down an extra pillow from shelf and a small, open bottle of patron fell on my toes. Staff was friendly at least. Had we not been desperate we would have left.

I haven't stayed in a hotel in awhile. We had to ask for someone to bring us clean towels and to empty the trash. Otherwise, we didn't see housekeeping. I didn't mind the bed and we didn't need any cleaning so it wasn't so bad.

Normal amenities are missing. No, Housekeeping every day. Housekeeping cleans every third day. Our trash needs emptied every day. We needed our towels collected and replaced everyday. I had to go to customer service desk, to ask for towels blanket for the next day. I even took our used towels to them. No lighted Mirror at desk for make up. Some people can’t stand. We thought we would save money eating our free breakfast. Oh my… terrible. Could not eat it. We thought with the 9.8 rating your Hotel would be great! Our rating would be a 5.0. Most of the rating goes to your wonderful employees. Your employees are a 10. The beds are comfortable and that was great. Maybe some people would not mind these types of amenities but this Motel is not for us.
