We enjoyed our stay at Bridgepointe Inn. Our check in was smooth and easy. The lady at check in was nice and very helpful keeping us informed about our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Front desk staff was very friendly and prompt. Fast check in time. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff let us know everything we needed to know about our stay. Breakfast was descent but not great. It was to be expected for the price we paid. Overall good experience.

I would not stay here again

Reasonably comfortable bed, big breakfast, friendly and helpful desk staff. Otherwise, this place is in fairly poor shape and in a dodgy part of town. I would not stay here again.

Narrow doors with no automatic door openers made getting in and out inconvenient especially with luggage cart. Had only one luggage cart. We stayed with a pet and they were accommodating for pets and cost much less for pet than most other hotels.

Clean and comfortable room at a great price! Just stayed one night while passing through, but would certainly stay again if in the area. Minutes away from dining venues in old Omaha. Only three minor issues...no wash clothes, no fan in the bathroom, and noisy toilet during tank refill. But again, for the price, we were very satisfied!
