Good Service. Good price.

Clean and comfortable room at a great price. Neighborhood is not amazing - but a short 5-10 minute drive to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast in the AM wasn't the best - but it was included (getting harder and harder to find). I'd stay again if my travels take me through Council Bluffs/Omaha.

We went when it wasn't very crowded so it was quiet and felt safe. The breakfast was not the best but it was decent and free and lots of it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dog hair in room and bathroom that had not been wiped or swept from previous renters. Walls were thin. Heard conversations from front desk down the hallway about 6 rooms and through the door. Price was very reasonable. Okay but probably find something different next time.

It was very nice, clean! Only complaint would be that the room was cold even with the temp turned up to 74, being that I was on the bottom floor I kind of understand so I’m not taking that away from my stay at all. The receptionist was really nice and accommodating.

This place is pretty reasonably priced and convenient, and the young ladies who were working there were very friendly and helpful. However, the place is really a dump. Definitely would pay a few more bucks and stay at a decent place next time.

Great stay in Council Bluffs! Jess is great!

Jess is fantastic! When I arrived, she was able to get me in a little early, which was appreciated. 1000 stars for Jess! The room was nicely remodeled! The wifi was great, the linens were clean and the water was hot! I also like the eco-friendly soap and lotion dispensers, eliminating all the little disposable bottles. My only critique which is typical of hotels with non-carpeted rooms. They should impose a room mopping program between each guest arrival. When I showered the next day, the bottoms of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floors. A lot of people wear shoes and boots in the rooms, but I don't. I strongly recommend this hotel due to Jess and the value I received. Plus, it's very convenient to I-29. I typically stay on the Omaha side of the river, but due to the convenience, I think Council Bluffs could be a better bet and closer to downtown Omaha, if you want that.

The people who work here make this place a fun place to visit. The property is outdated and could use some freshening up with paint and fixtures (my shower floor had a crack) to raise it to the level of the outstanding service.
