Very little lighting in room. Strange. Too dark to read a book. No phone. They will text you to see if there is anything they can do for you. Save the text if you want a wake up call.
Horrible. Room no hot water, mattress old, mickey mouse upgrade so noticeable. Customer service suck! General manager offered me a pair of pliers to shut off water in the shower, food choice not enough and what they have was cold/watery eggs gross.
I asked for another room the bed bottoms look like they were pulled from the garbage, mattresses soft/sinked in, fire alarm covered with a plastic bag, no chair to seat on room looked bear with out, shower handle missing, and to top it off the owner and other men unlocked my room wanting to come in because the “general manager” didn’t mark it occupied? Her answer when told if the issue calmed replied: it was the owner with investors they are checking the rooms.
Laundry facility and gym need attention too.
Stayed here for one night when I had a 5:30 am flight. The hotel manager was awesome. She had an unruly guest who was causing problems in the lobby and she was very apologetic and even offered me a refund if I wasn't comfortable staying (it was fine).
Then I couldn't get on wi-fi and she worked so hard to find a solution and finally get me access for an important business meeting.
The only reason for a lower review is that they are remodeling and my room had a wierd shower curtain that wouldn't stay shut, there was a really long black hair on the shower wall, and the TV wasn't even hooked up.
But I also know the Manager gave me a room purposefully away from the people causing the problems so I'd still go back!
