Going downhill

I stayed at this hotel several times and each time I go it goes more downhill. It’s not very clean. It’s noisy with door slamming constantly, and the smell of marijuana being smoked. It’s constant. I choose this motel because it’s pet friendly but the whole grounds is full of Dog waste and cigarettes, and the pool was not very clean nor was it warm.

We would have loved to have a refrigerator and microwave. I didn't pay attention when making reservations. All hotel and motels I stayed at had a refrigerator and microwave. The stay was great besides that. Clean room and friendly customer service. I would stay here again.

Many positives but

Positive- friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and lots of hot water. All the positives cannot erase the paper thin walls. Difficult to sleep with crying babies (2 rooms down) and adjoining room simply watching tv. Used ear plugs but did not help.

Arrived at midnight and the Microtel name on the building and the curb side smaller sign were not illuminated. Front desk said the bulbs are on order. Drove by it very dark around and in the parking lot
