For $75, can't complain too much, however the hotel was in need of some repair. Window screen was ripped, shower drain was clogged, and there was an odor that smelled like cigerette smoke and fried fish that permeated the whole building.

The workers and owners were friendly and apologized. However there was no hot water in the room. The hotel it tucked away in a place that doesn’t seem safe, lighting outside and inside is insufficient, there are no security cameras outside, outside door in back of building would secure only part of the time, one of main lights in room was not even attached to wall and would not function. They said they had just purchased the property and were in the process of addressing these issues.no phone in room to call front desk or anywhere else. The good thing is we inspected and there were no bedbugs. Beds are terribly old and over used. It was quiet and cheap. You get what you pay for

Good experience/pets owners need to be accountable
The ac units recycle the air in the room versus the outside air. Since, the property allows pets, the ac units blow out air with the pet smell and dander. The filters need to be changed more often and hallway carpets need to be deep-cleaned. The animal odor is quite invasive. Staff is attentive but the animal owners need to be held more accountable.

Hallways had a smell to them. Pool was ice cold for being indoors, not heated, the heater in the pool area was broken. Half the channels did not work. Would be on a channel watching something and it would go to no signal for hours before working again. Very limited channels. Hotel personal did not speak English well enough to solve issues that arouse. We were given 2 towels for 3 guests and told that is all that is allowed. We asked for pool towels and got small hand towels.

Never like to see transient people just hanging around in the parking lot. Old property, bathroom door didn't close, was rotted, plaster in bathroom not intact. Get what you pay for, but expected at least basics. On positive side, staff was efficient, kind.

The a/c was great and the beds were comfortable. The linen was definitely sketchy but not terrible. Floors and walls needed a good cleaning. The elevator and halls were clean. The hotel had a very dirty, odd smell throughout
