The property was very dirty upon arrival, trash left in the room, mirror very dirty. We saw a mouse run across the room and was offered another room. Upon entering that room, there was urine on the toilet, mold on walls and food in dresser drawers.

Did not end up staying at this hotel as there were bugs on the curtains, a fist sized hole in the bathroom door, a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping, dirty sheets, & dirty water that hadn’t been drained from the bathtub as well as a lock on the door that was broken. Asked for a full refund and was told I could only get half. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The quality was lacking at this inn
Check in was fine. But when i got to the room. One light switch did nothing, the other went to a light where 2/3 were burned out. There were only 2 small pillows like you'd put on a couch. The bathroom was raggedy.

Got checked in. Dirty lobby cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling, dust/dirt all over window sills and many other things. Outside was unkept. Got into the door of the building by our rooms and that was filthy. Got into our rooms....layout was nice BUT I always check for bedbugs and if lights etc work. Tubs wereeeee dirty, smoke alarms dangling off the ceilings, drawers didn't close on the dresser. The kicker was....cockroaches. we grabbed our stuff and checked right back out. Informed him we was not gonna stay with cockroaches. He even asked if we wanted different rooms!!!! Highly will never recommened it.

At first I thought the room was too hot.But I forgot it is really humid in Iowa/Nebraska.I loved the continental breakfast.It was an okay trip and stay.I recommend travelers to stay at the Quality Inn & Suites.
