Nice hotel, good location, friendly helpful staff. Priced right. But I would not stay here again because the layout of the room made some of the space unusable. It's not really a suite. It's a bedroom with an adjoining sitting area. No door between. And the TV is mounted between the two spaces making it un-viewable from either space.

we enjoyed our stay, plus it was a good location, to visit the zoo and other attractions. the breakfast was great. the only issue was their seemed to be an issue with the hot water being hot when needed. we will stay here again.

The breakfast was nothing to brag about. The staff in the breakfast area wasn’t very friendly. But what got me the most is that they pull their flavored creamers during breakfast hours and when I asked about it they refused to hand out a few. If you’re that cheap you have to remove flavored creamer during breakfast, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and great, and the location wasn't bad as its close to the freeway. But the hotel is very outdated. The pool and hot tub were in rough shape, the TV remote barely worked, the room itself seemed very old and outdated.

Unexpectedly poor

Tired and showing it. Room had huge mismatched color path on ceiling, chairs in common area near front desk were all disgustingly filthy, exercise room was. The same with gross floors, peeling wall coverings, cables hanging on machines, etc. Desk and breakfast staff mostly cranky.

Was an OKAY stay.

The hotel was nice but you could hear people in the rooms next to and above you. We of course had elephants above us until 12am. The shower wasn't very nice the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall not secured to the wall. The pool really needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast area was great but didn't have much for gluten free allergy options.
