Unexpectedly poor

Tired and showing it. Room had huge mismatched color path on ceiling, chairs in common area near front desk were all disgustingly filthy, exercise room was. The same with gross floors, peeling wall coverings, cables hanging on machines, etc. Desk and breakfast staff mostly cranky.

Was an OKAY stay.

The hotel was nice but you could hear people in the rooms next to and above you. We of course had elephants above us until 12am. The shower wasn't very nice the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall not secured to the wall. The pool really needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast area was great but didn't have much for gluten free allergy options.

Baseball busy

We were forced to check in here late, because another hotel was sub standard. Easy reservation and check in. Hotel was busy due to baseball tournament, late reservations. Staff did excellent job with check in and breakfast.

I thought i was going to get a room with a kitchenette and there wasnt one. It had an extra area with a couch which was nice. The hotel is older than it looked like in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were small. The hot tub wasn't working very well. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I probably wouldn't stay there again though because the pool and hot tub were so small.

Staff was friendly however the hotel was dirty. Food on the hallway floor that was there when we got there and still there when we left. Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms, take the trash and they don’t refill things in the room like coffe or anything for that matter.

Pictures of the rooms were not what the rooms were. We expected more room around the room. No kitchenette as show in photos of rooms. Had trouble with hot water on the 4th floor. We tried to adjust showerhead and the pipe going into the wall completely shifted. There were 2 elevators but only one worked and took a long time to arrive. The staff were very nice and accommodating as much as they could be.

Carpet was stained in our room and wall paper was peeled back in one part of our room. Other than that, no other complaints. Staff were so friendly, breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. Thank you!
