Staff was friendly however the hotel was dirty. Food on the hallway floor that was there when we got there and still there when we left. Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms, take the trash and they don’t refill things in the room like coffe or anything for that matter.

Pictures of the rooms were not what the rooms were. We expected more room around the room. No kitchenette as show in photos of rooms. Had trouble with hot water on the 4th floor. We tried to adjust showerhead and the pipe going into the wall completely shifted. There were 2 elevators but only one worked and took a long time to arrive. The staff were very nice and accommodating as much as they could be.

Carpet was stained in our room and wall paper was peeled back in one part of our room. Other than that, no other complaints. Staff were so friendly, breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. On night 1 we get down to the pool/hot tub after hours of driving and need to relax. Unfortunately the hot tub was filled. There were kids playing in the pool, but there were these young adults in the hot tub vaping and drinking despite the signs. I report it to the front desk, because of the children present and she goes, “I am so sorry, those are MY kids and I will tell them to stop.” And then proceeds to close the entire pool. She was there every night following and gave us the worst service ever, including dirty looks every time she saw us. To top it off they were low staffed all weekend and the staff was visibly overwhelmed. The housekeepers did not do their job, at all. We were supposed to have plates, etc. in our suite, there were none. The 2 glasses they did have were dirty when we arrived. We left them out, obvious they need to be changed and they never once were touched or replaced. The signs say to leave towels on the floor of the bathroom to be replaced, we did and housekeeping picked the towels up and put them on the back of the toilet and left them. The breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of things constantly, like pancakes, waffles, milk, bagels, English muffins, jelly, butter, cream cheese and syrup. The OJ tasted like water, and the scrambled eggs were extremely runny. The pool and hot tub themselves were way too small for the sized hotel, and not in the greatest shape. Peeling paint, unfinished tiles, etc.

A place to lay your head.

The bed was comfortable. And the suite was a decent size. However, the fridge had an 8 hour cold timer… only chilled items, not cold and shut off after 8 hours had to keep pushing the cold button. Shower was small, outdated and the water pressure sucked no matter the time of day. Breakfast was also subpar.
