The laundry was expensive and the dryer barely dried the clothes in one go round. Needed a second soin (more money). The frig in the room cuts off after 2 hours. My expensive medication requires to be cold. I had to ask the front desk to keep it in their big frig. The room had very little storage for clothes. Because of this, the room stayed messy the entire stay.

Tried to put me in a different room than reserved (2 Queens instead of 1 King). Said my room wasn’t guaranteed since it was booked thru Expedia. Good nice place but could be much better!

I was a bit disappointed with the fact you charge for parking and it not known till the end! Also the friendliness at the check in needs some work as well as communication about using the laundry machines some said it was free and the others no so just make it clear!

Disappointing stay .

Our stay was for 5 nights , upon arrival I asked for our room to be serviced daily , that didn’t happen, so every day I had to go get new towels . On day 4 someone finally came and took the dirty towels out replaced them with new ones , but didn’t make the bed or clean the room . Breakfast was kind of a joke , first day they only had decaf expresso so I ordered regular coffe for my wife , which was $5 only to find out later they have a machine where you can get the same for free . I paid $2.50 for a single banana half of which was bruised and rotten. The rest of the breakfast that came was just about edible , eggs runny not hard, toast bread was dry and hard, on day 2 I asked if I could have 4 of bacon instead of the 2 served the previous day, well I got the four well really I got 2 but the ingenious chef thought he would break them in half giving me the 4 I requested . So after that breakfast was bought else where . Fortunately in that area of Bozeman there are multiple hotels , which I will be trying on my next upcoming visit .
