Great Hotel will stay again.

The hotel was very nice! It smelled amazing throughout the hotel/ The rooms were large and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant at night and in the morning it was very good.

Overall, the experience was good. However, I will look at other properties in the area, next time I’m in the area because the conditions inside have deteriorated over the years. Despite this, it was still pretty good. I was a little surprised with the parking. You have to pay for parking, and if you have an electric vehicle, every hour past two hours is three dollars per hour. It seems like they’re trying to nickel and dime now.

Frustrated with hidden fees

I am disappointed that a "pet friendly" room requires an additional $75 fee upon arrival and after the room has already been booked and paid for. In addition to that a $20 parking fee? I can understand in a place such as NYC, but who travels to Montana and doesn't have a vehicle to get around? Disappointing again. The hotel and staff was fine, no issues and clean. Hidden fees are not a good way to start a stay.

They post a price. But provide no courtesy coffee. You can buy a cup from them. You have to pay for parking. They advertise EV charging free to customers, but you get 2 hours only before you have to pay. And it is not fast charging, so you get very few miles of charge. Cheap, cheap, cheap business.
