The floor in the room was disgusting, extremely stained and poorly vacuumed. The headboards of both beds were torn. When I complained to the front desk , they just shrugged as if this was normal. I asked the manager to call me. Never got a call back We stayed at this hotel before, and never experienced anything like that I am very disappointed as a return customer

The room was huge. The staff was super nice. The location ended up being great. Walking distance to Atlantic ave. with restaurants and live entertainment. It was hopping. The roof top bar was delightful except the bartender kept leaving the bar and the drinks were watery. The view is excellent and the pool was warm. The bed was very comfy. Room very clean and well maintained.
