Room needs a deep cleaning as there were spots on the walls that looked like blood. Fixtures in bathroom were rusty and areas of ceiling were bubbled and need repaired.

Great place for families! Full kitchen in our room stocked with dishes, 2 queen beds and pull out couch. Perfect for families and a great price. Only complaint is slight odor of cigarette smoke in room

An unusual hotel in very positive ways. A fantastic value and I'd stay again. Quiet - no road or airport noise heard in the hotel. The room hvac unit easily maintained temp without a noisy compressor or blower waking me. Small but full kitchen, with a fridge that works. Others' cooking aromas do not enter your room. Clean with Friendly, helpful staff. The linens and furnishings were nice and comfortable, if not perfectly modern. (Bring your phone charger because USB outlets aren't built in.) There were a couple of dings in the wall, but it was well maintained overall. Burger King is next door if you want eggs and meats for breakfast.

The PROS: Great location. Adequate parking Older hotel that has been partially remodeled. Nice friendly staff. Clean Linens and towels. Loved the Full kitchen in my room. Bathroom was recently remodeled. The CONS: Bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Would suggest that this hotel provide a Memory foam topper (at a minimum) or replace with a better pillow top mattress. Also the carpet in my room looked pretty bad. It was worn out, had waves in it and didn't look clean. Furniture was outdated, but that didn't really bother us too much. Since you allow pets in the hotel, you should consider replacing all of the carpet with LVP as it is durable and doesnt collect dust mites or odors.

This hotel is above average, except for the checkin process. After hours it is selfserve. You enter a code to an individual safe to get your room key. This all assumes that you prepaid. If you did not then you call on the phone and wait for somebody to come downstairs to open the office. This was not 3 am… it was about 8:30 in the evening. So… would be a strong B but with my check in experience I’d say C-. Okay place, just make sure you know about the checkin. By the way… it’s a pretty good value.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating. We had a unit that was full kitchen with table, sofa bed and chair and a king bed plus another room with a queen bed and door. The hotel is older and could use new carpet, but you can see that they have updated other areas already like the bathrooms and kitchen counters. Breakfast had no eggs or meat, but we had a full kitchen so just bought those. Rooms had coffee makers and coffee. They had DVDs and board games that could be borrowed. The feel to me was like air BNB meets hotel. We would stay again. Also location was convenient to so many restaurants and airport.

The after hours check in was awesome. The property had a coded lock box with my key and paperwork waiting for me Shower was excellent. My only negative was the TV kept popping up warnings about HD signal failure and I couldn't pull up the guide. No big deal, as it was late and i just wanted some noise, but for a longer stay it would be frustrating. Either way I'm happy to give my business to a local than a major corporation

Read the reviews and the 9.0 rating. Neither reflect the property. Stains and wrinkles on the carpet. Stains on the furniture. Walls in the common area and in our room were in need of paint and some drywall repair. For a non-smoking hotel, the smoking area was located right next to the doors. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. Lots of other quality hotels in the area at the same price point. No staffing over night. Might have been a great property years ago, but no longer.
