The desk clerk, Nick gave me a hard time trying to cancel my next day stay, even to the point of lying to Expedia's customer service. I booked my stay for a 2 night stay. When I got there for check in at 2:55 pm, I changed my mind about that 2nd night. He would not let me cancel. Thanks to Briana at Best Western and Joe at Expedia, I was able to cancel the next morning at checkout.

Room was clean. I didn’t like the placement of the toilet paper roll. It was a long stretch with my sore left shoulder to reach it. I am not sure if there was a better option. I was shocked at all of the airport noise because when I was here on the 23rd I heard none. Staff were great.

Pet friendly, clean. Free breakfast but breakfast was just okay this day. Judging by reviews it is better most days but we were just there on the wrong day. Will definitely stay again though as we pass through fairly regularly.
