We checked in kinda late but we called just to make sure it was okay. They were super nice about it. The hotel seems kind of dated, and the elevator seemed pretty dated as well. When we got to our room, my husband (who’s an exterminator) checked the room for bugs and he found bed bug residue and blood on the sheets. He immediately went down to the desk and showed the pictures to the receptionist. They gave us a new room, and that room was clean. The manager stated she would give us a refund, but I have yet to see the refund. They still charged my card. It would’ve been nice if they kept to their word and actually gave us a refund for the inconvenience.

The light doesnt work when you walk in the room. The bathroom light/fan combo sounds like someone is jackhammering and it goes on the entire time the light is on. There is also water damage around it.. so, it seems very unsafe. Room smells like sweat. The tile was mopped but your shoes make noise like it was dirty water. Thankfully, the bed was clean, and the TV worked...
