Above & Beyond: Top Tier Service!
We are always pleased to stay at Comfort Inn Airport Turfway Road in Florence, KY!! The staff and service and amazing and it has become our home away from home. This trip my daughter dropped her wallet and left it in our hotel room when we checked out, and the cleaner found it and brought it to the front desk, and Dave the GM called me directly to alert me so that we could come back and pick it up! Amazing service, and I recommend everyone stay here!

This was a great hotel stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was quiet and in a great neighborhood. Restaurants were close as well.

The area had a lot of things close, food choices, target, etc. Easy to get to downtown Cincinnati (by car). The room smelled a little moldy and the air conditioner didn't really get cold. The tub had some moldy corners. Overall it was fine.
