Do not plan on using shuttle service.
If you plan on using the shuttle service plan on extra time and aggravation. Took 4 calls and 30+ minutes to answer the phone to find out if service was offered. Gave up on landing to get back in touch after 20 minutes and paid for Uber. Hotel needs to remove that it is even offered.

Very quiet area. The cleanliness of the stairways was somewhat average but the room was really clean and comfortable. It is a very good value in that area. The room rate was very inexpensive.

One of the better comfort inns
Excellent place to stay. Wife and I frequent kings island and we absolutely look for any chance or excuse to get back down to KY so we opted for a 30 minute drive between the park and hotel so we could stay in Florence. We almost always stay in a comfort inn as they are generally the nicest hotel for around a hundred bucks a night and they usually have great breakfast. The staff were super friendly,the room was clean(there were some minor paint stains and blemishes), the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Was a relatively quiet night, the sounds from the Planes helped us sleep. The ac unit worked, but was on its last leg. The fan was whirring in and out but we kinda liked the ambience of it, others may not. Breakfast was terrific here as well, fully stocked, hot, fresh, and a good variety of food and drinks. We will surely be staying here again.
