The overall stay was great. Everything was in great condition. The only issue and concern I had was we kept finding injection needles around the bed which tells me they are not cleaning that area well. And the shower had a hard time draining so that’s not being cleaned. How thorough are they really being and is everything being cleaned and sanitized. The breakfast was decent, service was good. Look and comfort were great.

This is the second time I have brought a large group of people to stay at your hotel. This time, there were 30 of us. The staff did a great job with checking us in and being attentive to our stay. The hot breakfast was good and the food was hot and fresh.

Nice, clean room. Nice breakfast and staff. The only drawback is that they do not clean the rooms every day. You can request a "refresh" after a three day stay, or get a full cleaning after a seven day stay. That cleaning is one nice perk of a hotel stay and we missed it.

We had no complaints about the stay. We knew what we were getting when we booked. We were in town for a funeral and wanted to be close to events and airport. Everything was a 15-20 minute drive. We would normally have booked in a cute town or in downtown Cincinnati where you can walk everywhere, but this hotel met our needs this time.
