First the phone did not work, usually not an issue except when you need to reach the front desk. There was no remote for the tv, I had to walk to the front desk to get one, the lady gave me the best of the three and the batteries died after five minutes of use. The bed slept worse than the air mattress I use for camping. The worst part was the heat. Set on 69 it ran constantly and turned the room into an oven, and if I turned it down to 68 the it only blew out cold air and no heat at all. This was Extended Stay’s last chance with me and they blew it. I will no longer stay at any of their locations.

Empty rooms and bedbugs

The staff was super friendly. But when I tell you I woke up on the last day there was a BED BUG crawling on the bed I lost it. And I got only a refund for 1 night instead of both the nights I stayed!! I was told that “well since it’s only 1 that you found it’s not an infestation yet” 1 is too many!!!! It’s already got spots on the bed!! They multiply wayyyyyy too fast. And not only the bed bugs, but my room was supposed to have dishes and it didn’t so I had to run down stairs several times to ask for different items they didn’t put in my room. Unless an empty room with bed bugs is something you’re lookin for, I’d be cautious.

Liked the full refrigerator the little kitchenette with the two burners very clean room no sign of any Critters the room was nice and warm when I got in there TV was working the shower was working. What I did not like was fact that they no one has shoveled the sidewalk going into the building we had just gotten snow and understand that snow removal was on the way but there still should have been a snow removed from the door front.

ESA - great place to stay !

Extended Stay America is value priced accommodation with very spacious suites and kitchenettes with full-sized fridges. Hint, look for the fridge hinge at the top to figure out the door swing! (Mine was double handled but actually opened on the wall-side. Great for family stays! Great front desk staff !! My stay was one night, the 2nd ESA I have been to!

The amenities were at a BARE MINIMUM. I have slept on a better mattress at a "hotel 6" . The water was barely hot enough to take a WARM shower and the so called breakfast was only coffee and oatmeal. I was seriously regretting my choice 1 hour after my arrival.
