Everything you need in a hotel before catching a flight the next day - staff lovely, restaurant ok, bar good, quiet, mart across the street, shuttle to airport every 1/2 hour. Keurig in the room for coffee, small refrigerator... hair dryer... nothing else you could want or need! Met all my needs!

This hotel did the job for what we needed. The lobby is noisy since everything echos. Didn’t use all amenities while here, the hotel is a bit dated and you can feel the age in the room. The bed was hard so that could be good or bad for you.

The staff was unprofessional and my room had trash behind the night stand and breakfast was not included and I think it should if I am a IHG member and I had spend almost 300$ for two nights

Shower was a mess, as to have the water come on through the shower head, you had to pull upward on the mixing valve on the bathtub faucet, which nearly pulled the very lose bathtub faucet away from the bathtub wall. Once engaged, the water leaked out of the shower head, as well as the bathtub faucet, reducing the water pressure from the shower head to a dribble. Also of issue was the remote control, which was generic and a piece of crap. The hotel lobby was beautiful, but the hallways to the rooms was poorly lit, along with the lighting in the rooms. Okay hotel, if you just want a place to lay your head before a next-day flight out of CVG.

The front desk staff was great! Room was okay. The bed was huge and extremely firm. It was hard to get comfortable and stay comfortable. The Saturday breakfast buffet had some challenges. A piece of bread for toast had a spot of green mold on it, the scrambled eggs were unseasoned, and the waffles were pale and limp. Sunday's breakfast was much better. The staff was kind, efficient, and accommodating overall. It was a good stay for the price point.
