Florence is a halfway mark for a trip. Very convenient location. We didn’t have to go out of our way, we rested and ate well in a nice clean room.

The room was very nice. Comfortable beds, delightful, friendly staff. Very helpful and thoughtful. We had a slight problem with the toilet not flushing correctly, but it was resolved quickly. The only negative I would say was that there wasn't enough food we got there later than 8:00, and the fruit selection was limited to oranges. Other than that, we had a great time.

Staff at check in was super friendly! Room was very nice, clean. Didn’t get much sleep due to either running or stomping from the floor above until about 130am-2am. Had requested top floor just due to past experience but nothing available due to the type of room that we had requested. May try to change type of room next time😊

The hotel definitely met our expectations! Rosa was so professional and took her time to tell us about different restaurants and things to do with the kiddos. She told us about the National underground railroad museum, which we took the kids and they absolutely loved it! Thanks Rosa!! Our room was very clean, the beds were a little uncomfortable, but wasn't bad. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We'll defend be back.

The included breakfast was very poorly replenished. Consistently out of bread choices, out of hot water for tea and it would take a long time to get it replenshed, no trays available to offer the option of taking your breakfast to your room. The reception person was responsible for the drink station, therefore they were not able to keep an eye on when coffee, hot water, etc needed to be refilled. Then when they did attend to that, the desk was left unattended making people wait for service there.

I like choosing Home2Suites when I travel with my 3 kids because the rooms are large and everything is usually clean and the food is decent. This stay was great-- it was just a quick stop on our travel but the accommodations were comfortable and clean per usual.

I enjoy the proximity to retailers, grocery, fuel, etc; however, this particular stay was a bit concerning with cleanliness. The room we stayed in had seemingly, previously had a dog in there and was an odor of wet dog from moment we walked in. I requested someone to look into this and allegedly had sprayed some sort of air freshener. The odor persisted so I purchased an air freshener for our stay as opposed to escalating the matter. Overall, still a good experience, just not our best. Thank you!
