My experience was overall very good. However, the first room I was sent to was not cleaned & appeared to be still occupied, all though no one was in it at the time. I went back to the desk and was assigned to a different room that was completely clean and ready for occupancy. All the staff were exceptional. And, the transportation to and from the airport was easy and seamless.

We paid cash and were required to leave a $50 deposit. Upon checkout the new staff looked at our details on the computer and said we didnt leave a deposit. I saw the night clerk put wrap it in paper and put it under the change drawer. It was still there but it seemed as if they would have just kept it had I not been observant. The outside and lobby look great. There are some maintenance issues that should be taken care of. The trim around the elevator door was rougj. Our shower grab bar was replaced with a piece of PVC pipe. Otherwise decent shape.
