The room was meh. Lighting didn’t seem to work. I also fell in the parking lot. Broke 3 toes as I was leaving and no one seem to care. I have stayed here many times over the years but to have that much disregard for the ice outside your property. There was no salt down.

Everyone was really nice. I had a good stay until my last night. The person across the hall had a dog that was whining and carrying on and it woke me up from my sleep. I had to call the front desk and I assume he took care of it I don’t know it finally shut up

The shower curtain was tucked into the towel bar, when I went to take it down so I could shower it fell off the wall. The shower handle back plate was loose and coming off, water got cold. Also I was left at the airport for over an hour in very cold weather. After I called the second time the desk clerk said I could wait inside and the driver would call. He didn't.

Clean safe good customer service work out room nice breakfast this hotel has it all . Especially the airport shuttle run by Randy and James the service was excellent. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant.we enjoyed our stay .
