It was not handicapped accessible and no services for dirty towels or trash. We were there 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels and trash to be picked up. The 4th floor felt like the floor was going to fall thru. Breakfast was a joke. We would never stay here again. It smelled outside and there were bugs inside.

After waiting in line a while, I was finally checked in and given my room key card. I went to the room on the 2nd floor, it didn’t work. Went back, stood in line at the desk again, got a new key card, went up, didn’t work again. Two more times, and a total of 40 minutes later, I finally said “something is obviously wrong with that door, I want a new room”. I got a new room and key card and it worked. The rooms are clean but old. Free breakfast was so-so.

Four of us were planning to spend a night before an early flight the next morning. We got to our first room, unlocked the door with the keycard, and the chain was locked. As we looked inside, there was a hotel employee sleeping in the bed. He immediately jumped up, made the bed, unlocked the door and stepped across the hallway and entered an employees-only room. Front desk was surprised, and immediately moved us to a second room, which had not been cleaned - there was a bottle of baby milk/formula on the counter. Again front desk was surprised and offered another room. Third room had water coming up from under the tiles on the floor, and mold on the floor. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. Front desk would not let us speak to a manager and despite multiple requests no manager ever returned a call. Thankfully the front desk refunded our money (which had to be received by calling Expedia), but what a nightmare. I will never consider staying at Quality again, and will be reporting this to corporate as well. Disgusting.

Solid choice for airport, budget friendly property. Airport is packed with people taking off early the next morning. There are limited spots on the hotel shuttle to the AIRPORT. Recommend calling hotel prior to arrival and begging for placement on shuttle reservation list. Note that they do not staff the front desk after midnight, which also creates a challenge for early checkout / shuttle coordination etc early in the morning. Still, it is a solid value airport hotel.
