The "non smoking" room reeked of smoke - staff were friendly but the only solution they had was opening the window and spraying a tonne of air freshener everywhere. Almost a joke as I had to sign something agreeing I wouldn't smoke in the room when I checked in. The sheets were clean at least, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the corridors are filled with stains of various ages and it is very run down. Unless you're a HEAVY smoker or love the stench of a billion cigarettes then I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere

Place has bedbugs and roaches, they don’t clean their floors before placing guests in the room, room 227 had the bathtub faucet coming out of the shower wall, the bathtub was unsanitary, hair and dirt all over floors, no trash can, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush the toilet, they expect you to take your own trash down the hall, and don’t provide room service, they only provide service to the rooms that need to get cleaned for new guests to arrive. There was no breakfast options other than 2 choices of cereal and some type of weird bread. The pool don’t even work, hasn’t for years!

The property was very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong room, it was very quiet, it's ducked off. It's a nice little room for the price you pay. Staff friendly, you constantly see housekeeping cleaning. I work remote and the Internet access was amazing, I didn't have high hopes but I did not lag once.

Cockroaches running through the room, shower look like it hadn't been cleaned floor was sticky in the bathroom. Had a TV but did not have a TV remote to use the TV.

they make you pay extra fees "cash only" and no discounts are available, they they smart you off saying just cancel ur reservation and book directly with them. there was dried blood everywhere in the room see pics of the bed not to mention no amenities what so ever no usable washer and dryer they was in pieces the pool is out of order for the year and according to a 3 year long resident of that place its never worked right
