Not Clean Shower was very dirty Toilet was not cleaned properly and I had to clean it myself Fridge did not work sufficiently - food was not cold Rear sliding door lock did not work - unable to lock door Room was not ready at 2pm check in time- 2hours late Staff were VERY pleasant and happy to help in any way possible

This property is advertised as being for families yet it’s unsafe as the indoor door lock doesn’t lock properly and my 3 year old kept running out onto a busy carpark! Would not recommend. When I tried to resolve this with the hotel staff I was dismissed.

The room was stuffy, with carpets reeking of dust. If you're asthmatic, don't even consider booking. Don't be deceived by the beautiful photos online – they are far from the reality.

Fine for a night, but a bit too noisy for families
The rooms were adequate for our stay, but not great. While the hotel tried to accommodate our request for a room that was far from the pub, we ended up with a room directly above the smoking courtyard, complete with lots of yelling and swearing. The windows are SO THIN so at times it felt like the patrons were in our room, but with the door between the rooms closed, the kids were able to sleep in the front room with not too much trouble. It just meant us parents had no tv for the night as that was in the front room. I'm not sure if they closed the courtyard, but thankfully the noise died down at about half past 9. Pretty good, considering it was a Saturday night. The pub is family friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying there if you have smaller kids. Probs best left to the kid-free crowds!
