With stains on the bed linen, grotty shower/bathroom, no fly screen on the one window and shop front glass across the entire front including the door so nil privacy, This place is in desperate need of an overhaul, The price definitely doesn't reflect this accommodation...

The view was excellent, the price of the room was 5 star however the room was not clean. We can live with the 80s style but please clean the kitchen and bathroom in the future. Recommend not staying here when the band is playing downstairs.

Nice bed, but no air conditioning. wardrobe, powerpoints by bed or iron and ironing board. very outdated bathroom with peeling paint and rusted pipes with no room to put toiletries. It was a very hot day/night and very uncomfortable trying to sleep with no air con. Should be mandatory to have air conditioning in a hotel room I would have thought.

I stayed with my wife and 2 young children (2yo and 4yo) in a guest suite for 5 nights. The location was exceptional right on the beach but still a short walking distance to the Cowes shops. The hotel has a massive jumping castle on the second floor above the bistro which is amazing for young kids. I would definitely come back but will look at a larger room with a table/chairs and hopefully a small kitchenette for a longer stay. But for 1-2 nights the guest suite is great.

Not Clean Shower was very dirty Toilet was not cleaned properly and I had to clean it myself Fridge did not work sufficiently - food was not cold Rear sliding door lock did not work - unable to lock door Room was not ready at 2pm check in time- 2hours late Staff were VERY pleasant and happy to help in any way possible

This property is advertised as being for families yet it’s unsafe as the indoor door lock doesn’t lock properly and my 3 year old kept running out onto a busy carpark! Would not recommend. When I tried to resolve this with the hotel staff I was dismissed.

The room was stuffy, with carpets reeking of dust. If you're asthmatic, don't even consider booking. Don't be deceived by the beautiful photos online – they are far from the reality.
