It took my husband ages to work out how to get the heater control to work. I would have just got someone to come and sort it! The room was short of powerpoints next to the bed for phone charging. Next time we will be more prepared. Loved that we could buy food from the pub and take it back to our hotel room. The food was also top class! It was well situated to Thompson Avenue and had a great outlook over the water. We were there on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly quiet. It was certainly value for money and we will certainly be back!

The Staff who greeted us were very polite and friendly and explained to us where we were to go. Our room!!! Well, that cost us an absolute bomb!! Over $350.00 for a passing parade of people right outside our window on the footpath!! There wasn’t even a block out blind or sheers, but only a complete darkness blind, which we shouldn’t have to use for any privacy! Instead, prior to our Dinner engagement, we waved to the entire passing parade of passer byes, on the footpath, who, in turn, obliged us with a wave too!! Rooms on the side street off the Esplanade? Ground floor? NO THANKS!!! Don’t recommend it!!
