Their customer service is amazing hands-down !! Miguel was one of our favorites with Juan by the pool side !! Coochie Coochie drinks for days hahah Raul made things right for us after knowing for 2 days we didn’t get our complementary bottles in our room. You the man & need to put him at front desk :) Angel was the best for breakfast time. Make sure you go see them at your stay and tip them all well!!! Well deserved for sure & because of them we will be back for service wise . The only thing I can say was disappointed about the resort is that the French restaurant was always closed three days in a row on the days that we call primetime “weekends” food around the restaurants could use more seasonings and real steak .Could use more shows / entertainment at night time as well .The weather was beautiful and scenery around the resort. Felt safe at all times and that’s excellent as they love to say 😉Thank you for our stay & till next time !!

We have stayed at the Dreams twice and highly recommend it the food is superior to most all other all inclusive resorts and the views and beach area are amazing. Highly recommend the suite rooms with a water view. The Clearwater is fantastic for viewing fish along with a morning swim to get your exercise in before eating and drinking the day away with beautiful views of the crystal blue Caribbean water.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience. If I had to stay here again I would rather jump off the highest building on the resort. The food at the airport was better than the offerings at the hotel. Requests for extra towels / water etc went unfilled. Things were closed off schedule constantly and 1/5 of the staff was friendly and helpful at beat.

Very beautiful place, right on the seashore. Restaurants and cafes have a great choice of food. I would like to thank all the service staff, absolutely all of them, you are great. And do not believe the negative reviews that you can find about this place. My wife and I spent 12 days in this place, and we will definitely come back next year. Thank you Dreams for a great vacation.

I was told the kayaks and hobie cats were available on the property but when I got there I was told that there was and have been for a while a contract pending with the company that rents the kayaks and hobie cats so net results was could not use them I always make sure that these are available when I make a reservation on Cozumel along with diving it is what I do when visiting the island the on site dive company was great and friendly overall great relaxing experience I will definitely stay at Dreams next trip in march if time allows

Lo que no me gustó fue el servicio del personal de los restaurantes y de la recepción,, el menú de algunos restaurantes siempre estaba incompleto, el refrigerador del cuarto nunca nos lo rellenaron, no dejaban agua, tenía que pasar a algún bar por está, la persona de las maletas me ofreció una mesita para mi equipaje y nunca me la llevó, marque como 30 para reportar un desperfecto y nadie contestó, fui a a recepción a reportarlo y nunca fueron a reparar el problema

Beautiful property, service left lots to be desired. The "all inclusive," also has lots of room for improvement. For restaurants, no reservations allowed, not all restaurants open every day (rotate), no use of technology to track wait times, and they seem to resort to pay for play (i.e buy bottles, get table sooner). On the bars, very slim selection of liquors and mixers....so not an extensive selection and not premium by any means. AC malfunction - not fixed.

Beautiful property, service sucks. Property mismanaged and lack of training & understaffing evident. Restaurant system is antiquated and inefficient. No reservations accepted and not all restaurants open every day, so there is a demand / supply imbalance. Be ready to wait 2 hrs every night for dinner. AC wasn't working and never fixed, even after asking every day. Never got my “complimentary” wine bottle, even though I asked 4x
