Let's get this straight. It's not a luxury hotel but an older hotel with adequate facilities. AC is cold and water was hot and the food was more then good and plentiful. What makes this hotel so special is the people who work there who go above and beyond to make your trip unique to you. There are plenty of divers and non divers alike so there is something for everyone. Have been there more than a few times over the last several years. Will return.

Pros: Perfect spot for snorkeling, beautiful reef right at the hotel. Cons: There is no wifi in the room, also no Netflix in the room. The showers doesn't have hot water.

The Food at night was ICE COLD! And they served the SAME FOOD EVERY SINGLE DAY. NO VARIETY. NO FOOD OR ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE AFTER 10:30. Even if you paid for ALL INCLUSIVE, you still must pay ADDITIONAL for room service to er the SAME COLD FOOD EVERY DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED

We love to snorkel and we were actually able to snorkel from the property. We liked the smaller resort as it was quiet and offered all that we wanted and needed. We enjoyed the meals and the wait staff was amazing. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to go back. We have stayed at other places, but found we liked this resort the best.

First time on an all inclusive resort. Intial stay stay was 4 days. Had to extend 3 more days because of airline issues so we stayed there instead of going somwhere else. Starting off with the cons!! -hard beds - outdated -no wifi in rooms -first room we the booked tv was old. Not a roku -no bathroom ventilation -the buffet food was blah after a few days -special reservation restaurant was very slow and the food was bad. Didnt enjoy one meal there. Pros (too many to list) -check in and out was easy -super friendly and fun staff. Let me name a few. Juanita, luisa, mario, gustavo, Gabriella, diego, Suny and many more i cant name right now. - unlimited (drinks n food) -activities, pool games, cooking class, etc. -the dance shows. Magic shows. Etc. -the excursion and car rental guy's up front. Super cool dudes. Was not a beach front but did have a private beach area to snorkel. Away from the craziness and tourist area. I would return here but just for a few days. Would like to explore other resorts. Ill be back soon !!

No tienen mucha variedad en la comida ademas no me pareció que la comida estuviera rica; es decir me pareció bien pero no más que eso. No hay muchas actividades de entretenimiento. La playa es un arrecife por lo que es de piedras lo cual hace un poco difícil bañarse en el mar y disfrutar. El hotel no esta frente al mar, se encuentra al otro lado de la calle por lo que hay que cruzar la calle o pasar por un tunel para llegar a la playa. Sin embargo el personal siempre fue my atento y servicial, siempre pendientes de nosotros, si veian que estabamos buscando algo se acercaban inmediatamente a preguntarnos que necesitabamos. En el área de la piscina habia personal que de vez en cuando se paseaban preguntando si queríamos algo de beber pero a mi parecer no lo hacían lo suficiente. Pasábamos las ardes en la piscina y solo se aparecian una o dos veces con suerte en toda la tarde. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias aunque la manija de la puerta para salir al balcon estaba rota y no cerraba bien, lo cual reportamos en su momento pero a parte de eso todo bien; las camas cómodas y la limpiaban todos los días.

Location is great, room was clean, and services especially the all inclusive dining plan was amazing. Staffs provided high quality service everywhere! Very impressed! Need to mention that there is a corridor to cross the street under the ground and leads to the dining hall beside the sea which is very convenient. Also there is a diving shop right beside.

For my travel purposes, this property met my standards of expectations. Buffet was good and special dining events fell below par in my expectations. On-site diving was convenient and well organized. Diving and accommodation prices were reasonable compared to the cookie-cutter big name resorts. Location was great- easy access to ferry, airport, and downtown area. Minor housekeeping issues are not worth mentioning. Overall a good experience. I would stay again.

Nothing like the photos. Been to Cozumel many many times and first time there, and unfortunately won’t return. Weird that there wasn’t any furniture in my room other than a king bed and a mini fridge. No place to sit and relax. Hot tub didn’t feel as warm as the ocean. Breakfast was ok, the best breakfast was when they had some bacon.

This is a tired 3 star hotel at best. I was pretty disappointed by the hotel amenities. The staff is friendly. The food is barely edible. I would not recommend the all inclusive package. Absolutely go into town to eat instead. Rooms are clean and serviceable but bare bones. The internet only works in the lobby- which means the TV’s in the rooms don’t work. The only pros = there is a decent pool side bar, there is a scuba shop onsite and the dive boat leaves from the hotel pier. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The advertised renovated room we paid for was not what we were provided. The first room did not lock and was not a pool view room. So we were given a different room. The second room did not have a dresser or anywhere to put luggage. We were told the room advertised was one if only Six rooms that had been renovated. Hence the advertised room was not what we were provided with. This was disappointing. The staff provided portable racks for luggage and tried to help. They were aware management removed all dressers so as to renovate rooms. But only renovated 6 rooms. The wireless internet was not available in rooms as advertised. Based on what we were given we overpaid. Staff tried to help but they can only respond based on what assistance they are able to provide.

This was nothing close to a 4 star hotel. It had a bad odor in most of the indoor areas, the food options were limited and what they had didn't taste good. The facilities were old and outdated. The toilet leaked so if you went to use the bathroom at night, your feet got wet. The alcohol was terrible and so were the bartenders. The bed felt like bricks and the 8 channels they had were mainly frizzy. Lastly, the internet didn't work anywhere but there lobby. Do not recommend even for children.

Food was cooked twice of the same ingredients If you don’t give a tips in advance nobody care about you Poor English understanding from personal In the room sink and shower were in bad condition After 10 pm everything is dead mean beach were closed bar and kitchen as well At Christmas nobody inform us that we need book a table for dinner and personal kick out me and my gf and we went eat outside in downtown All inclusive mean half inclusive because loungers with mattresses for money coffee for money Or you need to go in restaurant in other side of road Prices for trip 100 or 70 or 50 dollars to see the city At least room cleaners personal did good job Never again trip there!!!

I didn’t like the lack of Internet access in the room as advertised. I did like the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff to any request such as towels and a table to work on in my room. Overall, it was a good place to stay at reasonable rate thank you bye
