They charge for basic water activies which no other all inclusive has done. The beach is nice with lots of chairs but they were very dirty and you cannot access the water very well because it is very rocky. The staff was nice and the beds were very comfy. The drinks were very good, much better than most all inclusives. The buffet was the best option for meals, which shouldnt be the case especially for an iberostar. This resort was okay for a short getaway but it was lacking in mant ways.

Beautiful tropical jungle property. The staff is hardworking and friendly. Buffet & smokehouse are great, entertainment throughout the day & wildlife is abundant. Rooms are quirky & small but each have a porch/balcony with nice hammock. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The location is far from town but close to dive/snorkel spots. Mainly families, divers & couples staying here but be aware they do offer day passes to cruisers. We enjoyed our stay

The perfect spot for getting away from the city. This resort happens to be the last resort south of the island, anything past it are jungles and beaches that can only be access during the day time. The famous "Cielo" and "Cielito" tour destination are close by and you could even use the resort's dock to call in your tour guide and/or get the tour from the resort itself. As for the service itself, great and friendly staff, the property is well kept and very in line with nature. I would recommend without a thought!

Travelocity information was poor. Did not send the terminal location. The airport is under construction. International flight left from a domestic terminal. Thanks for nothing for not sendibg the terminal for departure as we were at the wrong one. Parking was full. Would have been nice to know. Had a hard time getting the confirmation for the flight. Required for airline checkin. Why not just email it at the time we need to check in? Would be easy. In stead, much added stress.

Staff were generally lovely but I was disappointed in this place. Upon checkin they failed to give me the resort credits. I also had vip but they didn’t tell me about those benefits. Food was ok, nothing special, with a pretty good variety. I didn’t like that I couldn’t smoke a cigar anywhere. Won’t be coming again, disappointing. No room service. Good beach and pool.

We have stayed many times. The resort is nice. The food is sub-par, there just is not much flavor in anything so I just live on salads all week. $25 can to.town one way so rent a car for $30/day and go out to dinner.
