Great hotel, very close to town and other amenities

The room was really nice, modern and well furnished with everything you needed. It was at the back of the pub however, 2 rows of rooms with free parking right outside each room.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful

Loved the breakfast options. Fast service and friendly staff. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to frequent the bar as we were in for a funeral.

Centrally located, walkable to everything in Kilkenny.

We stayed here one night. The room was clean but unfortunately the lift was broken so carrying our heavy suitcases up the many flights of stairs were tiresome, but not a huge deal. There was clean and accessible drinking water near the room. The town was cute and had a lot of shopping options, though more popular retail than I would have liked. The nightlife was fun too! However, I misunderstood just how loud it would be and where the room was located. If you’re looking to stay out and party with a room close by, this is it!

Breakfast was amazing, what we asked for and more. Parking not a problem

Rooms were clean and comfy, the staff friendly and helpful, went and stayed there on a biking trip the bikes were safe outside the hotel in view of the reception
