To put an older couple on the third floor with no elevator is not reasonable. Also, my room is very hot. The thermostat is set on 65 and the window is open. I'll never stay here again.

I like candlewood suites for longer stays. For just an overnight, it's nice to have breakfast, but the facilities are very nice.

The hotel has a borrow cabinet that can be utilized for such needs that might arise. We borrowed a small bake oven to cook pizza in that was most beneficial. Hats off to this concept.

Excellent in all areas from check in to check out only negative if I had one is we had a room on first floor and the room above us waked us up around 430 am in the morning sounded like they were having a furniture moving party with a bull.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable and very nice staff. Mini kitchen with fridge. Loved the desk in our room. The bed was super comfy. Great place to stay. We would stay here again.

It’s on the outskirts of town. Be prepared for that. Also I felt it was too pricey for being that far out of downtown. Not walkable. The property itself is clean and nice. Room was very clean and decent. Staff was nice. But for the price I’d expect it to be downtown.

Was traveling across colorado and Craig was just a stop over. My room smelled of BO and could not get rid of. Staff seemed to not care. If the hotel is full of local contractors when they vacate the room should be deep cleaned - or anytime deeper effort to ensure the new guest gets what they paid for. Didn't seem to care and was so surprised this was part of the IGH group of hotels.
