The asphalt was in terrible shape. A real lack of exterior lights. The room door had been patched many times. The room door did not close well. The paint job everywhere was sloppy.

Entire hotel feels and smells damp. Carpet in our room definitely had water damage at some point. Smelled like wet dog. Hot tub was out of service; pool looked filthy. Breakfast was decent. Staff was kind.
