High speed internet never worked/exterior door to be opened with room key wasn’t locked, if you pulled hard it just opened. Didn’t feel safe. Furniture was really janky ( like Kmart furniture from the 80’s). Mold on the ceiling above shower, front desk unattended. One woman at front desk was rude. The photo of the lobby on Expedia site was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the reality upon arrival. During the time we were there it just didn’t feel like a comfortable “quality “ hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Seen better days

This hotel is the old Holiday Inn. it is around 50 years old. If you are picky you will hate it. Broken security locks to get into the hotel, trash cans full, parking lot falling apart, weeds all around, ect. It's not scary or disgusting but kind of like going back to an old house that you once stayed that has seen better days. If they put in some effort in repairs and upkeep it could be quite nice again

Food at breakfast had a nice selection but unfortunately the hot items were cold. No microwave in eating area to reheat it. Also, please consider cranberry juice and non- flavored coffee creamer.

This place needs a major overhaul and the staff is so rude and to be honest it’s not safe the doors to the hotel are not locked anyone can come in as well as the staff seem to think that’s it’s ok to be rude

The room was clean and comfortable. I would suggest to have more than one chair in the room. We were very disappointed that the Hot Tub was out of order. The main reason we booked this hotel was the advertised hot tub. Nothing was mentioned upon checkin or. on the website.

The pool area has some safety issues: the latter to get into the pool is not secure and the floor of the pool needs to be redone. The breakfast was not stocked well and a lot of things ran out before the time slot was over. Safe clean and quiet hotel overall with nice front desk staff! They just need to do some renovations and improve the breakfast items being more available.

Nasty terrible not clean hotel

The hotel was nasty. It smelt dirty and was dirty. The pool wasent clean at all you can see brown and It wasent even clear. I watched someone throw up in the pool and it still wasn’t cleaned. I was there all weekend and it wasn’t cleaned once. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. False advertisement no restaurant like the website says.
