Nice comfortable bed, large rooms and is on a bus route to Gatwick. Staff is helpful and within walking distance to a Toby Carvery restaurant, which was great.

We took the Metro bus from the airport and paid 3 pounds per adult. It would be good if the hotel provided more info on this service on their website such as bus numbers. There's lots of info at the hotel for going the other way. The duvet in the room was winter weight and far too warm for the time of year. Didn't seem to be able to turn the temperature down in the room so consequently kept waking up and was an uncomfortable night. On a plus side, restaurant very good and waitress Monica excellent.

The property is in a good place but the staff are lackadaisical and nonchalant. I requested for room service and they REFUSED to come clean the room

It was ok! Very very strict about checking in on time, will charge if you even try to check in one minute early. I don’t recommend this area because it’s a business quarter not much food around to eat and it’s only businesses. The breakfast was decent.

Hyggelig personale men det luktet gammelt på rommet selv om rommet så nytt ut. Jeg hadde et Plus rom og det lå litt søppel fra forrige gjest og det manglet vann i kjøleskapet. Ikke helt den standarden jeg er vant med på Plus rom. 15 pund for parkering over natta er grovt når du bor på hotellet
