Lovely food, lovely room but very dusty and the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows and beddiny were terrible, i ended up sleeping on my airplane neck cushion. Think i managed 3 hours in total, super annoying. A taxi to the hotel from train station was £23. The shuttle was better value. But for the extra cost if i had known in advance i wouldve paid the extra to stay on airport site.

Overall very good!
Details of the hotel never stated any car park. But Trip advisor and others said this hotel with free parking. So emailed Radisson Red hotel one night before check in but no reply. 😔 Upon checking in only realised need to pay.

This appears ro be on the airport site however it is right at the back and inconveniently a taxi / confusing bus journey away which cost like £12 in the bus then another 50 in ubers. Pay the extra for other brands closer! The bed had not been cleaned underneath in way over a year there was dust all in the air due to this. Only noticed as i dropped my airpod underneath. If not staying for airport purposes then its not a bad shout. Only avoid if wanted convenient airport travel

Find a better hotel, as this is not a Radisson
Our stay was poor from the moment we arrived. The first thing started as the wrong rooms were given, I booked a twin room and a double room and ended up with two doubles which doesn’t work with our children’s ages. After managing to sort that with poor attitude from the staff, I ended up in a twin room and was kept awake from 4am by noisy staff going in and out of the service room and the floors were incredibly loud with every footstep and creak being heard above us and in the rooms next to us, I got no sleep from that moment it was disgusting. The breakfast which cost us £42 was not even worth £5 each. The choice was poor, the bacon was burnt and there was nothing topped up. The pastries were over cooked and it was just awful from what I have experienced at other Radisson hotels. I would not recommend for stay ever again

The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and fairly spacious. I great nights sleep due to a comfy bed and thick walls. 10 out of 10 would recomend and stay again. The shuttle bus runs regularly to the airport.

Modern hotel at Gatwick
Nice hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Common areas are very nice with lovely bar, coffee, meals and snacks. Room was nice but could have been cleaner. Bathroom had lots of stains and hairs. Staff we're very nice.

The parking was great and check in was quick. The rooms are very dark and 2 lightbulbs were blown so we couldn’t do much about the darkness! It was also a little grubby and run down feeling. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower flooded. Wouldn’t stay again but it was relatively cheap.
