The experience staying in a chalet surrounded by trees in a somewhat remote place is very relaxing and calming. The quaint nature of the stay is what I love the most. This is lodging back to basics but with awesome nature feels!

This was a great place to stay. The chalets were nice, and the area had wildflowers in the meadows and was forested. They are close to several lakes and trails. Great stay. Will be back.

We wouldn’t recommend staying here. On the plus side, it’s convenient to Crater Lake, the grocery store across the street had kind employees, and the Locomotion Coffee employee was precious. That’s about where the good things end…Our chalet kitchen floor and counters/sink were covered in mouse poop. The bathtub was completely gross and didn’t even drain, The main bed smelled of BO and sloped to one side. The whole place was swimming in dust. We would recommend driving farther out and finding a better place!

This is a great spot. We stayed in a cabin to accommodate our entire family and it was well worth it. Whether you are there to enjoy the local lake fishing or adventures in crater lake (70 min away), it’s a nice spot. Staff was wonderful.

The Chalet was soo cute. Definitely needs more blankets and towels. I noticed there was old garbage bag on the back porch from the previous guests, but overall very nice stay.

After waiting an hour or so for the DirecTV connection to be made functional, we tuned into a movie, only to be surprised by a mouse running across the living room. A call to the office using the in-house phone to report the mouse went unanswered, and using my personal mobile phone to report the mouse was unreliable because of a poor service signal. My request for a full refund was honored.

Wonderful getaway

Very comfortable, clean, well maintained, located in the beautiful Cascade mountains. If you are driving from Mt. Shasta to Eugene or Portland this is a scenic alternative to I-5. It is exactly the same number of miles and hours as I-5 (check google maps if you don't believe me) and is a beautiful drive. Willamette Pass Inn is a great stopover along the way.

This was such a nasty place that we checked out early. Mouse droppings, dirty blankets etc.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice. They need updating but it was okay for one night. The only complaint was that it was very loud. If you are looking for a quite place - this is not it.
